Relocation Fee definition

Relocation Fee means in respect of a Permanent Out of Path Relocation of any Firm Transportation Service – Northern, an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying the Contract Demand for such service by the applicable monthly Demand Toll for a three year service term specified in the Toll Schedule for Transportation Service – Northern, Long Haul and Short Haul.
Relocation Fee means the $5,000 fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor if Franchisee requests Franchisor to consent to a relocation of the JINYA Ramen Bar.
Relocation Fee means the fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor if Franchisee requests Franchisor to consent to a relocation of the Spitz Restaurant in the sum of $2,500.

More Definitions of Relocation Fee

Relocation Fee means the $5,000 fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor if Franchisee requests Franchisor to consent to a relocation of the Franchised Restaurant.

Relocation Fee means the $3,000 fee that Franchisee must pay Franchisor if Franchisee requests Franchisor to consent to a relocation of the Rocket Fizz Shop.

Related to Relocation Fee

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Acquisition Fee means any and all fees and commissions, exclusive of Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any other Person (including any fees or commissions paid by or to any Affiliate of the Company or the Advisor) in connection with making or investing in Mortgages or the purchase, development or construction of a Property, including real estate commissions, selection fees, Development Fees, Construction Fees, nonrecurring management fees, loan fees, points or any other fees of a similar nature. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.
