Relocation Date definition

Relocation Date means January 15, 2020.
Relocation Date shall be the earlier of (i) the Substantial Completion of Tenant’s Work (as said terms are hereinafter defined) or (ii) the date Tenant’s personnel occupy all or any portion of the Relocation Premises for the conduct of Tenant’s business. Upon determination of the Relocation Date, each of the parties hereto agrees, upon demand of the other party, to join in the execution of a written declaration in which shall be stated the Relocation Date and the Extended Termination Date, but the failure of Landlord and Tenant to execute or deliver such document shall have no effect upon such dates. Effective as of the Relocation Date, (a) all references in the Lease to “Premises” shall be deemed to mean the “Relocation Premises”, and (b) Exhibit A attached hereto shall replace Exhibit A attached to the Lease. For purposes of this Third Amendment, “Substantial Completion” shall mean (1) the completion of Tenant’s Work substantially in accordance with Tenant’s Plans, in such a fashion as to enable Tenant, upon furnishing the same, to open for business in the normal course and (2) if required by applicable law, the issuance of a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy from the Town of Lexington. Landlord shall deliver and maintain all Base Building systems in good working order and incompliance with all applicable Laws throughout the Lease Term.
Relocation Date means the date of Substantial Completion of the Relocation Improvements (as hereinafter defined), which is estimated for non-binding purposes only to be June 1, 2015. Examples of Relocation Date in a sentence

  • From the Relocation Date through the Expiration Date, the aggregate Base Rent for the Relocated Premises shall be the same as for the original Premises.

  • Tenant’s failure to vacate the Premises and move into the Relocated Premises on the Relocation Date shall constitute a Time Sensitive Default.

  • Effective as of the Relocation Date, the third paragraph of Section VI of the Second Amendment shall be deleted in its entirety.


More Definitions of Relocation Date

Relocation Date means November 1, 2016.
Relocation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3(j)(i) of the Agreement as amended.
Relocation Date means the earlier of: (1) the date of substantial completion of the Tenant Finish Work in Suite 1130 pursuant to the attached Exhibit 2, or (2) the date Tenant occupies all or any part of Suite 1130 for the conduct of business. The Relocation Date is currently estimated to occur on approximately March 1, 2007. If the Relocation Date is delayed, Tenant’s obligation to pay rent for Suite 1130 shall be postponed until the Relocation Date occurs (except in the case of Tenant Delay as provided in the attached Exhibit 2), Landlord shall not be liable for such delay, and the term shall not be extended or affected thereby.
Relocation Date means June 1, 2004; provided, however, the Relocation Date shall be postponed one (1) day for each day of Tenant Delay.
Relocation Date means the earlier of: the date Tenant commences its occupancy of the New Space; or five (5) Business Days following the date that Tenant receives notice from Landlord that the New Space Initial Alterations (as hereinafter defined) shall be Substantially Completed (as hereinafter defined) within five (5) Business Days, In no event shall the Relocation Date be delayed due to Tenant's moving schedule or Tenant's installations of its personalty, business equipment or trade fixtures. As used herein "Substantially Completed" or words of similar import shall mean that the applicable work has been substantially completed, notwithstanding that minor or insubstantial details or construction and/or mechanical adjustment and/or decorative items remain to be performed.
Relocation Date means the earlier of (i) the one year anniversary of the Effective Date or (ii) the date that Accelr8 officially changes its headquarters to Arizona as evidenced by the Kino facility being completed and Accelr8 employees working there.
Relocation Date means, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Landlord and Tenant, the later of (a) September 26, 2003, or (b) the date that is ten (10) calendar days after Landlord gives Tenant written notice that the improvements to be made by Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 6 of this Amendment are completed in a good and workmanlike manner, provided that all of the building systems serving the New Premises (such as rest rooms, HVAC systems, lighting, elevators, if any, doors, locks and other similar components) are in good working condition, and the New Premises are otherwise substantially in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease (as amended by this Amendment).
