Relocation Allowance definition

Relocation Allowance means a negotiated lump-sum payment provided to an employee in lieu of reimbursement for Authorized Relocation Expenses.

  • Such repayments shall be equal to the total amount of the Relocation Allowance multiplied by the months not worked during the twelve (12) month period, divided by twelve (12) months.

Relocation Allowance. You shall submit relocation-related expenses for up to $1,000 in reimbursement for items such as car registration, utility hook-ups, etc. In addition, the Company will pay up to $15,000 towards any Mansion Tax that may be due as a result of a new home in New York, provided said closing occurs within one (1) year of your employment start date and you, of course, are still employed by the Company at the time of such closing. Airline Travel - The Company will pay the cost of reasonable and actual airline travel expense to commence your employment with 0-000-xxxxxxx.xxx and return to Washington for your home closing. In addition, the Company will pay for up to 3 round trips for your wife and children for house hunting in New York. You agree to give the Company as much prior notice as possible so as to lessen the cost of the plane tickets.
Relocation Allowance means the relocation allowance amount that may be payable to a Player by their Club in accordance with item 5 of Schedule 4 in the manner provided by item 1 of Schedule 4. Required Health Insurance means top-level private health (hospital and extras) insurance. Revenue Exclusions means AFL Broadcast Revenue Exclusions, AFL Non Broadcast Revenue Exclusions, Club Revenue Exclusions, AFLW Revenue, Contra and Marvel Stadium Revenue as set out in item 2 of Schedule 1. Review Adjustment Payment means a payment calculated and paid to AFLPA in accordance with item 4(a) of Schedule 1. Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
