Relocated Equipment definition

Relocated Equipment means machinery and equipment in operation outside the State that is then relocated to the Qualified Facility.

  • HP will schedule a resource to provide services to recertify relocated equipment upon receipt of Customer’s purchase order or other such invoice authorization as required for the provision of onsite HP resources for the purposes of inspecting and subsequent repair, if required, of the Relocated Equipment.

  • This thirty (30) day requirement applies to all Relocated Equipment, excluding Personal Computers (PCs), desktop printers, and handheld devices, including those products that did not require any repair upon the initial inspection by HP.

  • If during the assessment HP determines that the Relocated Equipment is not in good operating condition, Customer agrees to have HP repair the Relocated Equipment to good operating condition.

  • HP will travel to Customer’s site for inspection of the Relocated Equipment, and make a determination regarding whether the Relocated Equipment is in good operating condition.

  • All charges associated with inspection/repair during the entire re-qualification process (as described in items 1-4) will be in addition to the monthly HP Support Service charges for such Relocated Equipment.

  • All Relocated Equipment must be have a HP Support Services contract in effect and in good standing prior to the relocation of the equipment and be continuous throughout the relocation period.

  • After completion of the inspection and repair of the Relocated Equipment to good operating condition (if required), a thirty (30) day consecutive period of operation will also be required as part of the re-qualification process.

  • Until such time that all necessary requirements are met, the Customer will be responsible for payment of all charges relating to inspection/repair of the Relocated Equipment, in addition to the monthly HPE Support Services charges for such equipment.

  • If during the assessment HPE determines that the Relocated Equipment is not in good operating condition, Customer agrees to have HPE repair the Relocated Equipment to good operating condition.

  • This process allows lower-risk workplaces to gradually re-open with adaptations.

Related to Relocated Equipment

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
