Relief Act Reduction definition

Relief Act Reduction. With respect to any Mortgage Loan as to which there has been a reduction in the amount of the interest collectible thereon as a result of the application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, any amount by which interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the Due Date in the related Due Period is less than the interest accrued thereon for the applicable one-month period at the Mortgage Interest Rate without giving effect to such reduction.
Relief Act Reduction. With respect to any Distribution Date, for any Mortgage Loan as to which there has been a reduction in the amount of interest collectible thereon for the most recently ended calendar month as a result of the application of the Relief Act or comparable state legislation, the amount, if any, by which (i) interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the most recently ended calendar month is less than (ii) interest accrued pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note on the same principal amount and for the same period as the interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the most recently ended calendar month.
Relief Act Reduction. With respect to any Distribution Date and any Mortgage Loan as to which there has been a reduction in the amount of interest collectible thereon for the most recently ended calendar month as a result of the application of the Relief Act, the amount, if any, by which (i) interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the most recently ended calendar month is less than (ii) interest accrued thereon for such month pursuant to the Mortgage Note.

Relief Act Reduction. With respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of reductions, if any, in the amount of interest due on the Mortgage Loans on the related Due Date on account of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended.
Relief Act Reduction means the reduction of the rate of interest payable on any Contract to a rate below the Contract Rate pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act or the Military Reservist Relief Act.
