Relief definition

Relief means any loss, relief, allowance, exemption, set-off, deduction, right to repayment or credit or other relief of a similar nature granted by or available in relation to Tax pursuant to any legislation or otherwise;
Relief means any loss, allowance, credit, deduction, rebate or other relief taken into account in computing any Tax liability or any right to the repayment or refund of Tax.
Relief means any relief, allowance or deduction in computing profits or tax or a credit against, or right to repayment of, tax granted by or pursuant to any legislation for tax purposes;

  • Interest hereunder shall be due and payable in accordance with the terms hereof before and after judgment, and before and after the commencement of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Law.

  • Without limiting the foregoing provisions of this Section 10.12, if and to the extent that the enforceability of any provisions in this Agreement relating to Defaulting Lenders shall be limited by Debtor Relief Laws, as determined in good faith by the Administrative Agent or any L/C Issuer, then such provisions shall be deemed to be in effect only to the extent not so limited.

  • Each Loan Document constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of each Loan Party that is party thereto, enforceable against each such Loan Party in accordance with its terms, subject to applicable Debtor Relief Laws or other Laws affecting creditors’ rights generally and subject to general principles of equity.
