Relevant Vehicles definition

Relevant Vehicles shall have the meaning described in Section 5.3 of this Work Agreement.
Relevant Vehicles means each vehicle acquired or to be acquired by the Hirer as agent under the terms of this clause 2.
Relevant Vehicles means those models of Toyota motor vehicles in the Hilux, Fortuner and Prado ranges which are fitted with a 1GD-FTV engine or 2GD-FTV diesel combustion engine acquired in Australia during the Relevant Period.

Examples of Relevant Vehicles in a sentence

  • DPF System means the diesel exhaust after-treatment system in the Relevant Vehicles.

  • Dealer means a franchise, which is a separate corporate entity to the respondent, through which the Relevant Vehicles were supplied.

  • Electric vehicle charging station or “charging station” means any level of electric vehicle supply equipment station that is designed and built in compliance with Article 625 of the California Electrical Code, as it reads on the effective date of this Chapter, and delivers electricity from a source outside an electric vehicle into a plug-in electric vehicle.
