Relevant Team definition

Relevant Team means any team or teams which a player or team official represents (whether formally or informally), or with which the player or team official is connected in any way, as determined by the NZIHF or a NZIHF Member Organisation.

Related to Relevant Team

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project.   • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
