Relevant Taxing Jurisdiction definition

Relevant Taxing Jurisdiction shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.07(a).
Relevant Taxing Jurisdiction means (a) Bermuda or any political subdivision or governmental authority of or in Bermuda with the power to tax, (b) any jurisdiction from or through which the Company or its dividend disbursing agent are making payments on the Preference Shares or any political subdivision or governmental authority of or in that jurisdiction with the power to tax or (c) any other jurisdiction in which the Company or a Successor Corporation is organized or generally subject to taxation on a net income basis or any political subdivision or governmental authority of or in that jurisdiction with the power to tax.
Relevant Taxing Jurisdiction shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a).
