Relevant Statement definition

Relevant Statement means a draft or other agreement, undertaking, representation, mandate, warranty, promise, assurance, indemnity or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to any of the matters contemplated in this Agreement made or given by a party to this Agreement or any other person as at, or at any time prior to, the date of this Agreement.
Relevant Statement means an oral or written statement relating to any complaint or matter under investigation.
Relevant Statement means the unaudited consolidated management balance sheet prepared using the same accounting policies and methods of computation with those applied in the preparation of the Management Accounts, setting out the consolidated (i) net asset value of the Relevant SPH Group Companies attributable to Shareholders and (ii) Net Debt of the Relevant SPH Group Companies (excluding SPH REIT) and Media Business NAV, in each case at the Relevant Statement Date.
