Relevant Staff definition

Relevant Staff means any and all employees, staff, workers, agents, contractors and consultants who are (or are to be) engaged by the Beneficiary to provide a Regulated Activity;
Relevant Staff means employees and sub-contractors involved in providing the Services and named in the relevant Schedule or otherwise agreed to in writing by GSK;
Relevant Staff means any personnel employed by the Supplier wholly or mainly in connection with the provision of the Services;

Relevant Staff means any and all Staff who are (or are to be) engaged by the Contractor to provide a Regulated Activity;
