Relevant Settlement Date. For any Settlement, the Settlement Date, Cash Settlement Payment Date or Net Share Settlement Date for such Settlement, as the case may be.
Relevant Settlement Date means the date customary for settlement substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for the relevant Reference Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent with reference to the relevant Termination Trade Date).

  • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
