Relevant Proportion definition

Relevant Proportion means, at any time, the proportion which one Note bears to the number of all of the Notes outstanding;
Relevant Proportion means, in respect of any day, an amount, expressed as a fraction, equal to the Outstanding Nominal Amount of the Security as of such day, divided by the aggregate of the Outstanding Nominal Amounts of all Securities then outstanding;
Relevant Proportion means the proportion of the costs attributable to the licensee in accordance with principles determined by the Authority for the purposes of this condition generally and notified to the licensee.
