Examples of relevant proceedings in a sentence
If a person who is, or has been, a director ("relevant person") asks during the Access Period to inspect or for a copy of a Board Paper created in a Relevant Period in connection with Relevant Proceedings or the threat of Relevant Proceedings, the company must permit the relevant person to inspect the Board Paper at the registered office or provide the copy within 14 days after receiving the request.
D&O Period in relation to the Company and each Relevant Company (as the case may be) the period commencing on the Appointment Date and ending on the later of: the date which is 7 years after the Director ceases to hold office as a director of the Company or the Relevant Company (as the case may be); and the date any Relevant Proceedings commenced (and notified by the Director to the Company) during the period specified in item 1 have been finally resolved.
