relevant proceedings definition

relevant proceedings means proceedings for contempt of court or proceedings under Schedule 2 to the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014;
relevant proceedings means any application made, or proceedings brought, under any of the provisions mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) of subsection (1) and any part of such proceedings.
relevant proceedings means a proceeding under or pursuant to this or any other Act arising directly or indirectly from a request for assistance under this Act made by a Commonwealth country.
