Relevant Premises definition

Relevant Premises means any office premises occupied by the Appointee in relation to the Appointed Business and to which members of the public have access;
Relevant Premises means premises at which a protected person resides or is staying or which a protected person uses for the purpose of carrying out his functions as such a person; and
Relevant Premises means premises in respect of which one or more of the following have effect-

  • SFRS are the Enforcing Authority for the majority of Relevant Premises within Scotland and have a legal responsibility to ensure advice and guidance is given to Dutyholders and where required, enforce compliance with the legislation.

More Definitions of Relevant Premises

Relevant Premises means premises at which a UN worker resides or is staying or which a UN worker uses for the purpose of carrying out his functions as such a worker; and
