Relevant Patents definition

Relevant Patents means all Relevant U.S. Patents and all Relevant Foreign Patents.
Relevant Patents. Means patents or patent applications owned or licensed to a party (and/or in the case of CDT, its Affiliates) which are directed to Solution Processable Phosphorescent Materials or devices containing the same.
Relevant Patents means all South African patents and patent applications owned by any Boehringer Ingelheim company at or before the time of conclusion of this agreement which claim any relevant antiretrovirals or any method of manufacture of them or any other aspect of them, and for the purposes of this definition South African patent applications shall include any international application made at or before the time of conclusion of this agreement in terms of the Patent Cooperation Treaty of 19 June 1970, as amended and in force in South Africa, that designates the Republic of South Africa;

Examples of Relevant Patents in a sentence

  • Unless earlier terminated as hereinafter provided, this Agreement shall extend for the life of U.S. Patent No. 5,539,206 and all other Relevant Patents that are in full force and effect, and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.

  • For Licensed Patents that are issued as of NDA filing for a particular Licensed Product, if the Parties do not agree in writing whether particular such Licensed Patents are Relevant Patents within [*] after such NDA filing, then within an additional [*] then SDI may refer the matter for dispute resolution.

More Definitions of Relevant Patents

Relevant Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20(b) of the Purchase Agreements.
