RELEVANT NOTE TRUSTEE means The Bank of New York, New York Branch or, if the Bank of New York is removed or retires as the trustee for the Class A-1 Noteholders, any person appointed from time to time in its place in accordance with the Class A-1 Note Trust Deed.
