  • If, following a Benchmark Event, more than one successor or replacement rates are recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body, the Independent Adviser shall determine which of those successor or replacement rates is the most appropriate, taking into consideration, without limitation, the particular features of the relevant Notes and the nature of the Issuer.
