Relevant Matters definition

Relevant Matters means any of the following-

Relevant Matters means all matters relating to or arising out of any of the following or their facts, matters and circumstances:

• Notwithstanding the above, as regards Relevant Matters to be considered either by the shareholders’ special or regular meeting, the Parties agree that the provisions of clause 6.4(c) below shall apply.
