Examples of Relevant Matter in a sentence
Each of the parties hereto irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware in connection with any Relevant Matter (or, only if the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware declines to accept jurisdiction over a particular matter, any federal court within the State of Delaware).
Each of the Parties hereby irrevocably submits with regard to any such action or proceeding for itself and in respect of its property, generally and unconditionally, to the personal jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts and agrees that it will not bring any action relating to this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Relevant Matter in any court other than the aforesaid courts.
Each party agrees not to commence any legal proceedings with respect to a Relevant Matter except in such Court of Chancery (or, only if the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware declines to accept jurisdiction over a particular matter, in any federal court within the State of Delaware).
For the avoidance of doubt, neither the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods nor any international treaties that would require the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware shall be applicable to any Relevant Matter.
The Relevant Matter shall inform the market that after the acquisition of the ARACRUZ SHARES OF ARAINVEST has been completed, a request for registration of a public offering for acquisition of the outstanding common shares issued by ARACRUZ shall be presented, in accordance with article 254-A of Law No. 6404/76 and CVM Instruction No. 361/02.
