Relevant Margin definition

Relevant Margin means the margin applicable to the Notes as may be specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Relevant Margin means (i) from (and including) the First Reset Date, to (but excluding) the First Step Up Date, 1.675 per cent., (ii) from (and including) the First Step Up Date to (but excluding) the Second Step Up Date, 1.925 per cent. and (iii) from (and including) the Second Step Date, 2.675 per cent.
Relevant Margin means in respect of each Class of the Notes the following per cent. per annum:

Examples of Relevant Margin in a sentence

  • If only two or three rates are so quoted on any Interest Determination Date, the Calculation Agent will determine the arithmetic mean (rounded, if necessary, to the nearest second decimal place, with 0.005 being rounded upwards) of the rates so quoted and the Reset Rate of Interest for such Reset Rate Interest Period shall be the aggregate of the Relevant Margin and such arithmetic mean.

  • The Reset Rate of Interest for such Reset Rate Interest Period shall be the aggregate of the Relevant Margin and the arithmetic mean (rounded if necessary, to the nearest second decimal place, with 0.005 being rounded upwards) of the rates so quoted.

  • Where so specified in the relevant Final Terms, the Rate of Interest in respect of each Floating Rate Note for each Interest Period will be the applicable ISDA Rate plus or minus (as specified in the relevant Final Terms) the Relevant Margin (if any).

  • If the method for determining the rate of interest (including the Relevant Margin) applicable to the Rated Notes would result in a negative figure, the applicable rate of interest will be deemed to be zero.

More Definitions of Relevant Margin

Relevant Margin means the relevant margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
Relevant Margin means, in respect of Floating Rate Notes, the margin specified in the relevant Tranche Final Terms;
Relevant Margin has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule “C”;
Relevant Margin means, in respect of a Loan Tranche, the Relevant Margin for such Loan Tranche specified as such in the applicable Loan Tranche Supplement;
Relevant Margin means, (i) in the case of the ICM-ECD Provisions, the Segregated Margin (as defined in Subpart B Number 4) and the Segregated Variation Margin (as defined in Subpart B Number 5) between the Clearing Member and the ICM Client under the Corresponding Standard Agreement or (ii) in the case of ICM-CCD Provisions, the Credit Support Margin and the Credit Support Variation Margin under the corresponding Client Clearing Agreement.
Relevant Margin means the First Margin and/or the Subsequent Margin(s), as the case may be, as specified in the relevant Final Terms;
Relevant Margin means, (i) from and including the First Reset Date, to (but excluding) the Second Reset Date, 2.977 per cent., (ii) from and including the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) 2 March 2046 (the “2046 Step Up Date”), 3.227 per cent. or (iii) from and including the 2046 Step Up Date, 3.977 per cent.
