Relevant Jurisdictions definition

Relevant Jurisdictions means each of the Cayman Islands, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Libya, Iraq, Qatar, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt and Syria;
Relevant Jurisdictions means, in relation to an Obligor:
Relevant Jurisdictions has the meaning set out in Section 3.4(e).

Examples of Relevant Jurisdictions in a sentence

  • It is not required under the law of any of its Relevant Jurisdictions or at the address specified in this Agreement to make any deduction for or on account of Tax from any payment it may make under any Transaction Document.

More Definitions of Relevant Jurisdictions

Relevant Jurisdictions means all or any of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (as the context requires);
