Examples of Relevant Jurisdictions in a sentence
It is not required under the law of any of its Relevant Jurisdictions or at the address specified in this Agreement to make any deduction for or on account of Tax from any payment it may make under any Transaction Document.
All payments in respect of the Notes by or on behalf of the Issuer shall be made without withholding or deduction for, or on account of, any present or future taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges of whatever nature (“Taxes”) imposed or levied by or on behalf of any of the Relevant Jurisdictions, unless the withholding or deduction of the Taxes is required by law.

The Arranger shall, and shall take reasonable steps to procure that the PSP and any relevant third party will, comply with all local environmental laws, regulations and all requisite permits applicable within the Relevant Jurisdictions (including Sweden and the Netherlands).
