Relevant Indebtedness definition

Relevant Indebtedness means any Indebtedness which is in the form of or represented by any bond, note, debenture, debenture stock, loan stock, certificate or other instrument which is, or is capable of being, listed, quoted or traded on any stock exchange or in any securities market (including, without limitation, any over-the-counter market);
Relevant Indebtedness means any indebtedness which is in the form of, or represented or evidenced by, bonds, notes, debentures, loan stock or other securities which for the time being are, or are intended to be or capable of being, quoted, listed or dealt in or traded on any stock exchange or over-the-counter or other securities market.

  • The Borrower shall at all times cause to be maintained underlying long-term unenhanced ratings on all or part (as determined by the Borrower in its reasonable discretion) of the Relevant Indebtedness (other than the Bonds) by at least two Rating Agencies.

  • Without prejudice to Condition “Negative Pledge” of the Terms and Conditions, the Issuer has provided or may in the future provide guarantees or security interests for the benefit of holders of other indebtedness than Relevant Indebtedness incurred by the Issuer.
