Relevant Incident definition

Relevant Incident has the meaning given in Clause 53.22.2 (Reinstatement);
Relevant Incident in relation to an inquiry, means the prescribed incident to which the inquiry relates; and
Relevant Incident has the meaning given in Clause 39.20

Examples of Relevant Incident in a sentence

  • Any proceeds of insurance received or are receivable under any physical damage policy in respect of a single event (or a series of related events) (the "Relevant Incident") in an amount in excess of $250,000 (as adjusted for inflation), the Concessionaire is required to promptly carry out the work necessary to repair, reinstate or replace (the “Reinstatement Work”) and is subject to specific requirements to keep HPTE informed of the progress of that work.

Relevant Incident means a single event (or a series of related events) pursuant to which a claim is made or proceeds of insurance are received or are receivable under a policy for physical damage.
