Relevant Event Period definition

Relevant Event Period means the period commencing on the occurrence of a Relevant Event and ending 60 days following the date on which a Relevant Event Notice is given to Bondholders as required by Condition 6(m).

Relevant Event Period means in relation to a Change of Control, the Change of Control Period and, in relation to a Tender Offer Triggering Event, the Tender Offer Triggering Event Period;
