Examples of Relevant Debt in a sentence
For the purposes of this Condition 4, Relevant Debt means any present or future indebtedness in the form of, or represented by, bonds, notes, debentures or other securities which are for the time being, or are to be, or are capable of being, quoted, listed or ordinarily dealt in on any stock exchange, over-the-counter or other securities market.
For the purposes of this Condition, " Relevant Debt" means any present or future indebtedness in the form of, or represented by, bonds, notes, debentures or other securities that are for the time being, or are capable of being, quoted, listed or ordinarily dealt in on any stock exchange, automated trading system, over-the-counter or other securities market, having an original maturity of more than one year from its date of issue.
From and including the first Interest Payment Date following the date of a Step Up Rating Change, if any, the Rate of Interest payable on the Notes shall, subject to any adjustment pursuant to a Step Down Rating Change and provided that either Redemption of Relevant Debt is specified in the relevant Final Terms as being not applicable or Redemption of Relevant Debt is specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable but has not yet occurred, be increased by the Step Up/Step Down Margin.
