Relevant Dealer definition

Relevant Dealer means, in respect of any Variable Rate Note, the Dealer party to the Programme Agreement referred to in the Agency Agreement with whom the Issuer has concluded or is negotiating an agreement for the issue of such Variable Rate Note pursuant to the Programme Agreement;
Relevant Dealer means, in relation to a Relevant Agreement which is made between the Issuer and more than one Dealer, the institution specified as such in such Relevant Agreement; and, in relation to a Relevant Agreement which is made between the Issuer, the Guarantor and a single Dealer, such Dealer;
Relevant Dealer means any Primary Dealer that is acting as agent on behalf of a Borrower with respect to a Relevant Loan.

Relevant Dealer means, in relation to a Relevant Agreement which is made between the Issuer, ABB Ltd and more than one Dealer, the institution specified as such in the Pricing Supplement and/or such Relevant Agreement; and, in relation to a Relevant Agreement which is made between the Issuer, ABB Ltd and a single Dealer, such Dealer;
Relevant Dealer means the Dealer party to the Programme Agreement referred to in the Agency Agreement with whom the Issuer has concluded an agreement for the issue of Notes pursuant to the Programme Agreement;
Relevant Dealer means, in relation to any Series of Notes, the Dealer(s) which entered into, or is or are to enter into, an agreement with the Issuer relating to the issue and purchase or subscription of such Notes.
Relevant Dealer shall, in the case of an issue of Notes being (or intended to be) subscribed by more than one Dealer, be to all Dealers agreeing to subscribe for such Notes. Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) for the listing of the Programme under which Notes may be issued by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) (“Professional Investors”) only on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during the 12-month period after the date of this Offering Circular. This Offering Circular is for distribution to Professional Investors only.
Relevant Dealer means, in relation to any Tranche, the Dealer or Dealers with or through whom an agreement to issue Notes of that Tranche has been concluded, or is being negotiated, by the Issuer;
Relevant Dealer means (i) each Dealer party to an agreement whether oral or in writing with the Issuer and the Guarantor LP for the sale by the Issuer and purchase or, as the case may be, subscription as principal, by such Dealer or on such other basis as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Guarantor LP and such Dealer, at the relevant time, of any Covered Bonds; and (ii) if no such agreement has been entered into at a relevant time in respect of any Covered Bonds, the each Dealer named as such in the Final Terms in respect of such Covered Bonds;
Relevant Dealer means, in respect of any Tranche of Notes, the institution specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
