Relevant Conviction definition

Relevant Conviction means a conviction that is relevant to the nature of the Services or as listed by the Authority and/or relevant to the work of the Authority.

Relevant Conviction means a Conviction that is relevant to the nature of the Services to be provided or as specified by the Customer in the Order Form or elsewhere in the Contract; Relevant Transfer means a transfer of employment to which TUPE applies;

Examples of Relevant Conviction in a sentence

• The Supplier will ensure that no person who discloses that he/she has a Relevant Conviction, or is found by the Supplier to have a Relevant Conviction (whether as a result of a police check or through the Criminal Records Bureau check or otherwise) is employed or engaged in the provision of any part of the Services.

• The Contractor shall ensure that no person who discloses that he/she has a Relevant Conviction, or is found by the Contractor to have a Relevant Conviction (whether as a result of a police check or through the Criminal Records Bureau check or otherwise) is employed or engaged in the provision of the Goods or Services.

• The Contractor shall ensure that no person who discloses that he/she has a Relevant Conviction, or is found by the Contractor to have a Relevant Conviction (whether as a result of a police check or through the Criminal Records Bureau check or otherwise) is employed or engaged in the provision of the Services.

More Definitions of Relevant Conviction

Relevant Conviction means a conviction that is relevant to the nature of the Contract Services or as specified in section 2.1 of Appendix 1 of the Letter of Appointment;
