Relevant Conditions definition

Relevant Conditions means any conditions relating to the approval of an application which have been notified to the applicant under paragraph 6(3)(b);

Relevant Conditions means the obligations to be performed by the Purchaser under paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 7 and 15 (insofar as those obligations have arisen by the time in question).

Relevant Conditions in relation to a Designated Recipient means that (i) a duly completed Account Holder Letter naming that Designated Recipient; and (ii) confirmation satisfactory to Bondholder Communications that corresponding Custody Instructions have been given have been received by Bondholder Communications and confirmed by it to the Distribution Agent and all information necessary to make the relevant Distribution has been provided by Bondholder Communications to the Distribution Agent and "SPECIFIED TIME" means the same time as the relevant Distribution is made where the Relevant Conditions have been satisfied in relation to a Designated Recipient or, where this is not the case, as soon as practicable after the Relevant Conditions have been satisfied in relation to that Designated Recipient. For the avoidance of doubt, once the Relevant Conditions are met in respect of a Designated Recipient, the Distribution Agent will pay or transfer to that Designated Recipient all Scheme Consideration (and any income accrued in respect of it) to which that Designated Recipient would have been entitled had the Relevant Conditions in relation to it been met prior to 17th April, 2003 without further direction from any of the parties to this Agreement; and

• FULFILLMENT OF THE RELEVANT CONDITIONS On 29 June 2012, all the Relevant Conditions were fulfilled, and hence the said time extension to 30 June 2014 for payment in full of the Outstanding Balance and the Targetco Indebtedness (as provided under the Second Supplemental SP Agreement and the Supplemental Shareholders Agreement) has become effective.

• The above time extension shall become effective on the same date upon all the Relevant Conditions are fulfilled.

• If the Relevant Conditions under the Option Agreement are not satisfied by the Target Date, either party shall at any time after the Target Date by notice in writing to the other party, have the right to rescind the Option Agreement and upon such written notice being delivered, the Option Agreement shall ipso facto cease and determine, and neither party shall have any further claim against the other for costs, damages, compensation or otherwise.

Relevant Conditions means each of the following conditions:

Relevant Conditions means Conditions 4A, 4B, 7A, 8A to 8F, 12 to 17C, 25 to 28 and Section B of Part V, and Condition 2B and 2C of Part VI of this Licence Document.

Relevant Conditions means, at any date of determination, each of the following conditions: (1) Total Shareholders’ Equity is at least$1,500.0 million; and (2) the aggregate amount of Cash Equivalents of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries that is unrestricted, plus the aggregate amount available for borrowing (including committed and uncommitted amounts) under facilities of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries for Funding Indebtedness and Non-Funding Indebtedness, is at least $500.0 million.
