Relevant Business Unit definition

Relevant Business Unit means, with respect to Impax, the generics division of Impax, and with respect to Medicis, the medical dermatology division of Medicis. No assignment shall be valid unless the permitted assignee(s) assumes all obligations of its assignor under this Agreement. No assignment shall relieve any party of responsibility for the performance of its obligations hereunder. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section 11.6 shall be void.
