Relevant Branch definition

Relevant Branch means the branch of a Relevant Credit Institution located in the different Member State. “Repayment“ means payment to eligible depositors up to the coverage level laid down in Article 6 of the Directive, done by the Host DGS on behalf the Home DGS in accordance with Article 14(2) of the same Directive, and following its Instructions. ”Schedule Effective Date” means the 8th day after the acknowledgement by XXXX of the receipt of the signed version of that schedule sent by the Parties.

  • Title to the Registered Securities shall pass by registration in the register that the Bank, acting through the Relevant Branch, shall procure to be kept by the Registrar in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement (the “Register”).

  • In the event that the Relevant Branch, or the then Substitute Branch, should cease to exist, such a substitution shall be effected prior to thecessation of operations by the Relevant Branch or such Substitute Branch, as the case may be.

  • Neither the Bank, acting through the Relevant Branch, nor the Calculation Agent shall have any responsibility for good faith errors or omissions in their calculations and determinations as provided in the Conditions, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • Branch of a company shall mean a place of business not having legal personality which has the appearance of permanency, such as the extension of a parent body, has a management and is materially equipped to negotiate business with third parties so that the latter, although knowing that there will if necessary be a legal link with the parent body, the head office of which is abroad, do not have to deal directly with such parent body but may transact business at the place of business constituting the extension.

  • Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • Online Banking is the internet-based service providing access to your Bank account(s);

  • Euroclear Sweden means Euroclear Sweden AB, the Swedish central securities depository;

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.

  • CSFB means Credit Suisse First Boston.

  • Branch manager means the natural person who is in charge of and who is responsible for the business operations of a branch office of a licensee.

  • Facility Agent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Bank of America means Bank of America, N.A. and its successors.

  • London Inter-Bank Offered Rate means, for any applicable interest period, the rate per annum equal to the British Bankers Association LIBOR Rate (“BBA LIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as selected by the Bank from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) London Banking Days before the commencement of the interest period, for U.S. Dollar deposits (for delivery on the first day of such interest period) with a term equivalent to such interest period. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the rate for that interest period will be determined by such alternate method as reasonably selected by the Bank. A “London Banking Day” is a day on which banks in London are open for business and dealing in offshore dollars.
