Relevant Borrower definition

Relevant Borrower means the Borrower which is the owner of the Relevant Ship; and
Relevant Borrower means, with respect to any Borrowing, the Borrower requesting such Borrowing or with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Borrower requesting the issuance of same.
Relevant Borrower means (a) with respect to a Loan or a proposed Loan, the Borrower to which such Loan was made or is proposed to be made, as the case may be and (b) with respect to a Letter of Credit or a requested Letter of Credit, the Borrower which has requested the issuance of such Letter of Credit and for whose account such Letter of Credit is issued or requested to be issued, as the case may be.

Relevant Borrower means the Borrower owning that Ship.
