Relevant Acts definition

Relevant Acts means this Act, the Inscription of Privileges and Mortgages Act, the Land (Duties and Taxes) Act, the Notaries Act, the Stamp Duty Act, the Transcription and Mortgage Act and any other enactment relating to the registration, transcription or inscription of deeds or documents;

  • The parties to this Agreement commit themselves to continuous improvement of standards in occupational health and safety through adherence to the Relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards as required by law and by the involvement of the Working Committee.

More Definitions of Relevant Acts

Relevant Acts means the Act, the Federal Excise Act, 2005 and the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969);
Relevant Acts means, without limitation, any or all of the following acts in the ILUA Area for the purposes of the Project: (a) the grant of the Pipeline Licence; (b) the grant of (and Ministerial approval) of any right, title or interest in respect of the Pipeline or the Project; (c) the grant of (and Ministerial approval (if applicable)) of tenure; (d) the conduct of the Activities; (e) the operation of (and Ministerial approval of) the Pipeline; and (f) any and all acts necessary or incidental to the Relevant Acts or to the implementation of the Project provided that such acts have no greater effect on native title than any of the acts done in accordance with paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e).
Relevant Acts is defined in section 2 of the FSA.
Relevant Acts means the Companies Act 1931, the Companies Act 2006, the Limited Liability Companies Act 1996, the Partnership Act 1909 and the Foundations Act 2011.

To avoid any doubt, Part 2 Division 3 Subdivision P of the NTA [which deals with the right to negotiate] does not apply to the doing of the Agreed Acts.
