Releasors definition

Releasors means, jointly and severally, the Plaintiffs, the Class Members and their respective past and present predecessors, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, partners, parents, agents, trustees, servants, shareholders, heirs, executors, administrators, guardians, estate trustees, successors and assigns, as the case may be.
Releasors shall refer, jointly and severally, and individually and collectively, to Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class Members, and to each of their predecessors, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of each of the foregoing, and anyone claiming by, through, or on behalf of them.
Releasors shall refer to End-Payor Plaintiffs Class Representatives and the Settlement Class Members, as defined in Paragraph 14, below, and to their past and present officers, directors, supervisors, employees, agents, stockholders, members, attorneys, servants, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, principals, partners, insurers and all other persons, partnerships or corporations with whom any of the former have been, or are now, affiliated, and the predecessors, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of any of the foregoing.

Examples of Releasors in a sentence

  • For greater certainty and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasors shall not assert or pursue a Released Claim, against any Releasee under the laws of any foreign jurisdiction.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each and every covenant and agreement made herein by the Plaintiffs shall be binding upon all Releasors and each and every covenant and agreement made herein by the Settling Defendants shall be binding upon all of the Releasees.

  • CRA, on behalf of itself and all other Releasors, expressly waives and relinquishes any and all rights and benefits that they may have under, or which may be conferred on them, by the provisions of California Civil Code section 1542 as well as under any other state or federal statute or common law principle of similar effect, to the fullest extent that Releasors may lawfully waive such rights or benefits pertaining to the released matters.

Releasors means the Electrolytic Releasors and the Film Releasors.
