Released Property definition

Released Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9 hereof.
Released Property means any portion of the Project removed, scrapped, traded in, sold, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to Section 4.03 hereof, any portion of the Project stolen, damaged, destroyed, or taken by condemnation, or eminent domain proceedings as described in Article VII hereof.

  • Employee - Following any lost time occupational injury or illness of five consecutive workdays or more, the employee obtains written medical authorization from the treating physician to return to work.
