Examples of Released Defendants’ Claims in a sentence
Released Defendants’ Claims do not include any claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement or any claims against any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion from the Settlement Class that is accepted by the Court.
The obligations incurred pursuant to this Stipulation are (a) subject to approval by the Court and the Judgment, or Alternative Judgment, reflecting such approval becoming Final; and (b) in full and final disposition of the Action with respect to the Released Parties and any and all Released Claims and Released Defendants’ Claims.
Released Defendants’ Claims do not include: (i) any claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement; or (ii) any claims against any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion from the Settlement Class that is accepted by the Court.
The Parties intend the Settlement to be the full, final, and complete resolution of all claims asserted or that could have been asserted by the Parties with respect to the Released Claims and Released Defendants’ Claims.
