Release to Production definition

Release to Production occurs when Customer has completed the Release to Production Form attached hereto as Exhibit B-2.
Release to Production. Means Buyer’s completion and delivery to S3 Semi of the Manufacturing Release Form attached to the SOW at Appendix 1. “Residuals” Means any expertise, residual knowledge and any know-how retained in the unaided memories of the employees and contractors of S3 Semi who have had access to the Confidential Information of Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. An employee’s or contractor’s memory is unaided if the employee or contractor has not intentionally memorised the information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using it or disclosing it to a third party.
Release to Production means a written notice by Siliconix to Tower that the Product is production worthy using the applicable Siliconix Process and Tower Process.

  • Failing to Meet the Release to Production Due Date If the Service Provider fails to implement a Major System Project by the “Release to Production Due Date” (as extended), the Department will have the option of (i) stopping all work on that Major System Project and receiving a price reduction (invoice credit) based on the Service Provider’s projected cost, or (ii) extending the Release to Production Due Date.

  • Service Provider agrees with the requirements of Subsection 3.6.4 (“Consequences of Service Provider Failing to Meet the Release to Production Due Date”) of the Contract (Attachment A).

  • Open-Silicon will not commence production of Production Units until Customer confirms the Release to Production of the Product by signing and submitting a Release to Production Form attached hereto as Exhibit B-2, and submitting a purchase order for the units as set forth in Section 4.1.

  • In the event that Customer desires to change the functionality or performance of the Product (either before or after delivery of Prototypes) and receive new Prototypes prior to Release to Production, Customer and Open-Silicon will develop a new mutually agreed upon SOW or will amend the existing SOW, in accordance with the ECO Process set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Except as set forth in subsection 3.6.4 (“Consequences of Service Provider Failing to Meet the Release to Production Due Date”) below, such extensions shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for a Party’s failure to adhere to the process and deadlines in subsection 3.6.1 (“Implementation Process and Deadlines”).

Related to Release to Production

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

  • Production means a method of obtaining goods including manufacturing, assembling, processing, raising, growing, breeding, mining, extracting, harvesting, fishing, trapping, gathering, collecting, hunting and capturing.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.

  • Release means any release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, injection, escaping, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of any Hazardous Material into the indoor or outdoor environment (including the abandonment or disposal of any barrels, containers or other closed receptacles containing any Hazardous Material), including the movement of any Hazardous Material through the air, soil, surface water or groundwater.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.

  • Generation means the production of electricity;

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Materials of Environmental Concern any gasoline or petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) or petroleum products or any hazardous or toxic substances, materials or wastes, defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and urea-formaldehyde insulation.
