Examples of Release of Funds in a sentence

  • The Grantee may not undertake any actions that are choice-limiting or could have environmentally adverse effects, including demolition, disposition, development, and/or any off-site replacement public housing, and may not expend HUD or local funds for such activities, until HUD has approved a Request for Release of Funds following a responsible entity's environmental review under 24 CFR part 58 or until HUD has completed an environmental review and given approval for the action under 24 CFR part 50.
