Release Form definition

Release Form means a release agreement which is to be signed by the Eligible Employee releasing any and all claims against the Employer and which is in such form as approved by the Company.

Release Form means the Severance Plan Agreement and Release Form in substantially the form attached as Appendices A-1 or A-2, in the case of Eligible Employees who are age 40 and over at the time of Termination of Employment, and Appendix B, in the case of Eligible Employees who are under age 40 at the time of Termination of Employment.
