Release and Covenant Not to Xxx means the document in the form attached as Exhibit P to this Agreement which all Plaintiffs must execute in order to opt-in to the Final Settlement Agreement as provided in Section V.A of this Agreement.

  • Covenant not to compete means an agreement:

  • Existing Confidentiality Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.
