Relative TSR Percentile definition

Relative TSR Percentile shall be determined as follows:

Relative TSR Percentile means the Company’s Annualized TSR Percentage during the Performance Period relative to the Annualized TSR Percentage of the Index Companies during the Performance Period. The Relative TSR Percentile will be determined by ranking the Company and the Index Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective Annualized TSR Percentages. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Index Companies will be determined as follows: where: “P” represents the percentile performance calculated to the first decimal. “N” represents the number of Index Companies.

Relative TSR Percentile means the percentile rank of the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of the companies in the S&P 500 Group for the Performance Period as determined by such third-party reporting service as the Administrator may designate within the first 90 days of the Performance Period or, in the event that such firm ceases to perform such service or fails to meet its obligations, such other reporting service as the Administrator may designate. Relative TSR Percentile will be determined by ranking the TSR of the Company and each of the companies in the S&P 500 Group (with the company having the lowest TSR being ranked number 1, the company with the second lowest TSR being ranked number 2, and so on) and determining the Company’s percentile rank based upon its position in the list by dividing the Company’s position by the total number of companies (including the Company) in the S&P 500 Group and rounding the quotient to the nearest hundredth.

Relative TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Brixmor TSR over the Performance Period relative to the total shareholder return of the constituent companies in the FTSE Nareit Equity Shopping Centers Index (or any successor or replacement index thereto or therefor) (the “Index”) over the Performance Period (calculated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the Brixmor TSR pursuant to this Agreement). For purposes hereof, to the extent any constituent company in the Index is listed more than once due to that constituent company having multiple classes of stock included within the Index, only the class of stock most similar to a regular voting common stock shall be deemed to be included in the Index and any other classes of stock of that constituent company shall be deemed excluded from the Index in making the above determination. Relative TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the CLI TSR over the Performance Period relative to the total shareholder return of the constituent companies listed in the Award Certificate over the Performance Period (calculated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the CLI TSR pursuant to this Agreement).
