Relative Proportion definition

Relative Proportion means, in respect of a holder of Founder Shares, theproportion that the number of Founder Shares held by him represents as a proportion of the total number of Founder Shares then in issue treating any Founder Shares acquired by the Company pursuant to Article 2.2A as being still in issue (even if acquired by the Company and cancelled);
Relative Proportion means, in relation to the Vendors, the proportion of the number of Sale Shares (excluding the shares in the issued and paid up capital ofK.A. Firespray Sdn Bhd) to be sold and transferred by each Vendor to the Purchaser on Completion as a proportion of the total number of Sale Shares.
Relative Proportion means, in respect of a holder of Relevant Shares, the percentage that the number of Relevant Shares held by him represents as a proportion of the total number of Relevant Shares of that class issued by the Company since the Admission Date.

  • Relevant Proportion means, at any time, the proportion which one Note bears to the number of all of the Notes outstanding;

  • Sharing Percentage means, with respect to any Partner and any Portfolio Investment, a fraction, expressed as a percentage: the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions made by such Partner and used to fund the cost of such Portfolio Investment; and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions made by all Partners and used to fund the cost of such Portfolio Investment.

  • Total Percentage Interest means, with respect to any Partner, the quotient obtained by dividing the number of Units (vested or unvested) then owned by such Partner by the number of Units then owned by all Partners.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return or “Relative TSR” means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Allocable Share means Allocable Share as that term is defined in the Master Settlement Agreement.

  • Subordinate Percentage As of any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, any Loan Group, 100% minus the related Senior Percentage as of such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Percentage Any one of the Class B-1 Percentage, Class B-2 Percentage, Class B-3 Percentage, Class B-4 Percentage, Class B-5 Percentage or Class B-6 Percentage.

  • PO Percentage As to any Discount Mortgage Loan, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the excess of the Required Coupon over the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of such Discount Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is such Required Coupon. As to any Non-Discount Mortgage Loan, 0%.

  • Ownership Percentage with respect to any Member means the percentage of ownership of a Member determined by taking the total Capital Units held by such Member divided by the aggregate total number of issued and outstanding Capital Units.
