Relationship Managers definition

Relationship Managers means the primary contact of the Parties with respect to this Agreement. The Relationship Managers or their delegates are solely authorized to make commitments between the parties. Each Party shall designate a Relationship Manager.
Relationship Managers means the appointed employee of each party, as set forth on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part hereof, who shall be the primary contact for implementing and administering the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Relationship Managers means the senior-level AA and Orbitz employees identified in Exhibit E, or their replacements, who will manage the relationship between AA and Orbitz and will serve as the single point of contact within either party responsible for communications and problem resolution.

  • In addition to a meeting between Relationship Managers, Company Executives or C Level Executives, Service Provider shall, at FBL’s request, perform a Root Cause Analysis and such other tasks reasonably requested by FBL to alleviate the cause and/or effect of the SLA Failures defined in this Section 4 of the Service Level Agreement.

More Definitions of Relationship Managers

Relationship Managers means the senior-level Airline and Orbitz employees identified in Exhibit E, or their replacements, who will manage the relationship between Airline and Orbitz and will serve as the single point of contact within either party responsible for communications and problem resolution.
