Related Water definition

Related Water means Desalinated water in the Sultanate of Oman which is combined or co-located with the electricity sector and which is regulated by the Sector Law;
Related Water means Desalinated water in the Sultanate of Oman which is combined or co-located with the electricity Generation and Desalinated water from Desalination Facilities of a Special Nature which is regulated by the Sector Law;

  • Each Trading Party shall co-operate with the other Trading Parties in connection with the provision of Transfer Reads under this Section 5.3.4.   • The City shall provide Related Water Services to all Customers at the same level, frequency, and quality of service.

Related to Related Water

  • Unpolluted water means water of quality equal to or better than the effluent criteria in effect or water that would not cause violation of receiving water quality standards and would not be benefited by discharge to the sanitary sewers and wastewater treatment facilities provided.

  • Used water means any water supplied by a public water supply system to a consumer's water system after it has passed through the service connection and is no longer under the control of the water supply official custodian.

  • Recycled water or “reclaimed water” means treated or recycled waste water of a quality suitable for non-potable uses such as landscape irrigation and water features. This water is not intended for human consumption.

  • Hot water means water at a temperature of 110°F. (43°C.) or higher.

  • Produced water means water extracted from the earth from an oil or natural gas production well, or that is separated from oil or natural gas after extraction.

  • Bottled water means water that is placed in a safety sealed container or package for

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Mixed waste means any material that is a hazardous waste as defined in this chapter and is also radioactive as defined in Section 19-3-102.

  • Potable means water suitable for drinking by the public.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

  • Cooling Water means the water discharged from any use such as air conditioning, cooling or refrigeration, or to which the only pollutant added is heat.

  • Linefill means the quantity of Natural Gas Liquids needed to occupy the physical space in Carrier's facilities.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
