Related Technology definition

Related Technology means any know-how, technical information, research and development information, test results, and data necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights which (a) has been developed by Xx. Xxxx Xx and his associates in his laboratory at the Medical School as of the Effective Date and which is owned by Medical School.
