Related Supplement definition

Related Supplement means the Supplement pursuant to which such Series of Notes is issued and the "related Series Enhancer" shall mean the Series Enhancer for such Series of Notes.

Related Supplement means the Supplement to Master Trust Indenture for Obligation No. 5 dated as of May 1, 2021, between the Borrower and the Master Trustee, as altered, amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Examples of Related Supplement in a sentence

• The Retained Interest, if any, in any Underlying Security shall initially be held by the Person so specified in the related Supplement as and to the extent specified therein.

• The Paying Agent shall initially be the Trustee and any co-paying agent chosen by the Trustee and acceptable to the Depositor, including, if and so long as any Series or Class within such Series is listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and such exchange so requires, a co-paying agent in Luxembourg or another European city, as specified in the related Supplement.

• The Depositor shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically imposed by these Standard Terms and the related Supplement.

• None of the Trustee (including any Administrative Agent, Authenticating Agent or Paying Agent), the Securities Intermediary or the Depositor shall have any recourse to the Underlying Securities, except as specifically provided in the related Supplement.

More Definitions of Related Supplement

Related Supplement means the Supplement pursuant to which such Series of Notes is issued; with respect to any SUBI Certificate, the “related SUBI Supplement” shall mean the SUBI Supplement pursuant to which such SUBI Certificate is issued; and the “related Control Party” shall mean the Control Party for such Series of Notes.

Related Supplement and "Trustee." In addition, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context in which they are used shall indicate another or different meaning:

Related Supplement means the Supplement to the Base Agreement dated as of the date hereof.

Related Supplement means an indenture supplemental to, and authorized and executed pursuant to the terms of, the Master Indenture for the purpose of creating Indenture Indebtedness issued under the Master Indenture.
