Related Series definition

Related Series means a securitization or warehouse transaction (a) relating to assets sold by AmeriCredit to the Seller or another seller, (b) pursuant to which notes or certificates were issued by an issuer and certain distributions on such notes or certificates were insured by the Insurer and (c) with respect to which the Collateral Agent has received a Related Series Notice.”
Related Series means, with respect to a particular Class A Series, Class B Series or Class C Series, the Series that includes such Class A Series, Class B Series and Class C Series.
Related Series. As to each Series of Class B Certificates, the Series of Class A Certificates which shall be designated in the Supplement for such Series of Class B Certificates as its "Related Series"; and as to each Series of Class A Certificates, one or more Series of Class B Certificates which have been designated as having such Series of Class A Certificates as a "Related Series."

  • At any time a Note shall cease to be entitled to any lien, benefit or security under this Indenture pursuant to Section 5.01(b) hereof and the Company shall have provided the Trustee with notice thereof, the Trustee shall surrender an equal principal amount of the Related Series of Senior Note First Mortgage Bonds, subject to the limitations of this Section 4.08, to the Company for cancellation.

Related Series. Means (i) the Trust, (ii) Empire Funding Home Loan -------------- Owner Trust 0000-0, Xxxxx Backed Securities, Series 1997-1 and (iii) each of the subsequent series of trusts, of which the Trustee is the trustee, to which Related Series Loans are sold directly or indirectly by Empire Funding, established pursuant to pooling and servicing agreements and/or trust agreements and sale and servicing agreements.
Related Series means a series of classes which requires substantially similar knowledge, skills, and abilities as another series.
Related Series. Means (i) the Trust, and (ii) each of the prior and subsequent series of trusts, of which the Grantor Trustee is a trustee, to which Related Series Loans are sold directly or indirectly by Master Financial, established pursuant to pooling and servicing agreements and/or trust agreements and sale and servicing agreements.
Related Series means, when used with respect to (a) a Program Loan, the Series of Bonds or the several Series of Bonds, the proceeds of which (including any other moneys deposited in the Program Fund pursuant to the Related Series Resolution) were used, or are to be used, in whole or in part, to purchase such Program Loan and (b) a Series subaccount, the Series of Bonds in connection with which such Series subaccount is established.
Related Series has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(e).

Related to Related Series

  • Refinancing Series means all Refinancing Term Loans, Refinancing Term Commitments, Other Revolving Credit Commitments or Other Revolving Credit Loans that are established pursuant to the same Refinancing Amendment (or any subsequent Refinancing Amendment to the extent such Refinancing Amendment expressly provides that the Refinancing Term Loans, Refinancing Term Commitments, Other Revolving Credit Commitments or Other Revolving Credit Loans provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Refinancing Series) and that provide for the same Effective Yield and, in the case of Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments, amortization schedule.

  • Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.

  • Extension Series means all Extended Term Loans and Extended Revolving Credit Commitments that are established pursuant to the same Extension Amendment (or any subsequent Extension Amendment to the extent such Extension Amendment expressly provides that the Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable, provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Extension Series) and that provide for the same interest margins, extension fees, and amortization schedule.

  • Additional Series or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series AA” or “Series A”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

Distributions on this Certificate will be made as provided in the Trust Agreement or any other Basic Document by wire transfer or check mailed to the Certificateholder without the presentation or surrender of this Certificate or the making of any notation hereon. Except as otherwise provided in the Trust Agreement and notwithstanding the above, the final distribution on this Certificate will be made after due notice by the Servicer on behalf of the Owner Trustee of the pendency of such distribution and only upon presentation and surrender of this Certificate at the office or agency maintained for the purpose by the Owner Trustee in the Corporate Trust Office. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. Unless the certificate of authentication hereon shall have been executed by an authorized officer of the Owner Trustee, by manual signature, this Certificate shall not entitle the holder hereof to any benefit under the Trust Agreement or the Sale and Servicing Agreement or be valid for any purpose. THIS CERTIFICATE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAW PROVISIONS, AND THE OBLIGATIONS, RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE PARTIES HEREUNDER SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH LAWS.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Permitted Securitization means, for any Borrower and its Subsidiaries, any sale, assignment, conveyance, grant and/or contribution, or series of related sales, assignments, conveyances, grants and/or contributions, by such Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries of Receivables (or purported sale, assignment, conveyance, grant and/or contribution) to a trust, corporation or other entity, where the purchase of such Receivables may be funded or exchanged in whole or in part by the incurrence or issuance by the applicable Securitization SPV, if any, of Indebtedness or securities (such Indebtedness and securities being “Attributable Securitization Obligations”) that are to be secured by or otherwise satisfied by payments from, or that represent interests in, the cash flow derived primarily from such Receivables (provided, however, that “Indebtedness” as used in this definition shall not include Indebtedness incurred by a Securitization SPV owed to any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, which Indebtedness represents all or a portion of the purchase price or other consideration paid by such Securitization SPV for such receivables or interests therein), where (i) any representation, warranty, covenant, recourse, repurchase, hold harmless, indemnity or similar obligations of such Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, in respect of Receivables sold, assigned, conveyed, granted or contributed, or payments made in respect thereof, are customary for transactions of this type, and do not prevent the characterization of the transaction as a true sale under Applicable Laws (including debtor relief laws) and (ii) any representation, warranty, covenant, recourse, repurchase, hold harmless, indemnity or similar obligations of any Securitization SPV in respect of Receivables sold, assigned, conveyed, granted or contributed or payments made in respect thereof, are customary for transactions of this type.
