  • Except as expressly amended hereby, the Collateral Agreement remains in full force and effect, all other Security Documents and Related Security Documents remain in full force and effect, and each of the parties hereto hereby expressly affirms its respective obligations hereunder and thereunder notwithstanding the amendment effected hereby.

  • Collateral Security Documents Any document or instrument given to secure or guaranty the Mortgage Loan, including without limitation, the Mortgage, each as amended, supplemented, assigned, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
