You agree and acknowledge that some services under this Agreement such as payment of Royalty Rights and providing Creator Related Rights shall be provided by the Artists via the Seller.
Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to vest in or transfer to the Client any Intellectual Property Rights, including, but not limited to, broadcasting copyright, under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, 2000 or any equivalent rights anywhere in the world in the Services provided by the Service Provider pursuant to this Agreement or any Intellectual Property Rights in the Content and any such rights shall vest solely in the Service Provider and the Client confirms and acknowledges this.
