The parties should list such material in Schedule C. Engagement of personnel: Under the agreement, the Producer is required to hire all personnel necessary to produce the Program. The Producer is responsible for obtaining signed releases from all performers to cover all uses of their performance in the video, and to obtain an assignment of any copyright they may have in a sound recording. See Arts Law's information sheet Performers' rights and Arts Law's sample Performer’s Release for more information on performer's releases.
